Grand Island, Nebraska, opened shortly after in 1996, with Dave Crimmins and Bennett Chamness spearheading the charge. Over the years, Bennett’s dedication made Texas T-Bone an integral part of the Grand Island community. Today, under the ownership of Rey Lopez, who has a deep passion for the industry and the community, the tradition of quality food and heartfelt hospitality continues.
In Hutchinson, Kansas, Texas T-Bone opened its doors in 2018, thanks to the vision of Dave Crimmins and Jason Sowers. Jason, a Hutchinson native with nearly three decades of experience in the restaurant industry, helped establish this location as a cornerstone of the community. The restaurant continues to thrive, rooted in the values of exceptional food and heartfelt connections.
Our North Colorado Springs, Colorado, location, which opened in 2004, has been a local favorite and landmark location for years. In 2020, Texas T-Bone Colorado Springs made history by merging with Famous Dave’s BBQ, creating the first-ever dual concept for either brand. Today, the legacy lives on as Dave’s daughter Ashley and her husband, Trystan Brown, bring fresh energy and exciting changes while preserving the heart of the restaurant.
